One of Australia's favourite artists, Luke Steele has confirmed his first ever national solo tour. The frontman of The Sleepy Jackson will be ditching the gadgets and leaving his band at the side of the road. The Luke Steele Roadshow will take in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and places in between throughout August. This run will see Luke performing in intimate acoustic guitar mode, performing songs from both Sleepy Jackson albums Lovers and Personality, as well as a selection of new songs from current projects.
Luke is currently putting the finishing touches on two album collaborations with some of Australia’s most revered musicians. Expect both releases this year. Stay tuned to Wireless Bollinger for more details.

A devoted cult has sprung up around Beach House following their two albums, Beach House and Devotion. Returning to Australia this July for the first time since bringing their life-affirming music in the summer of 2005, The Polyphonic Spree will play three east coast shows before they delight crowds withtheir joyous, and spiritually uplifting performance at the sold out Splendour in the Grass in Byron Bay early August.
They may have ditched the white robes (now memorialised in an emblem on their new outfit) for a darker, more worldly stage presence comprising of black fatigues and clip-on red crosses with hearts but musically, The Polyphonic Spree still create euphoric, uplifting pop music and the sheer joy of their performance is a must see for all!

Wireless Bollinger is excited to announce that Beck's new album Modern Guilt, produced with Brian "Danger Mouse" Burton, will be released Sat 5 July.
The new album contains 10 new songs, and with the exception of last year's Grammy-nominated, digital-only single 'Timebomb'. Modern Guilt is the first new material Beck has written since the prolific stretch that produced Guero and The Information.
