Western Australian indie pop champs The Panics have signed with Australian independent label Dew Process. After releasing two highly-acclaimed albums, A House On A Street In A Town I'm From and Sleeps Like A Curse, The Panics have been slowly building a dedicated fanbase, including Dew Process boss Paul Piticco.

"I have always admired their recordings from afar and fell totally in love with the band's awesome live performances," Piticco said. It's through these live performances The Panics have made an impact in the UK, through two tours including a show at In The City.

Their international attention has helped them play with greats such as Morrissey, Gomez, Granddaddy, The Church and Badly Drawn Boy and recently lead singer Jae Laffer was invited by Noel Gallagher to support him on his solo tour.
Currently working on what he calls the band's "best work so far", Laffer says: "signing with Dew Process will allow us to continue the work we have achieved with littleBIGMAN and grow as a band."

The future is indeed bright for The Panics, and we look forward to hearing their next morsell of perfect, dreamy, atmospheric pop.
